OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 84, 1993 - SECT 13

13. Section 20 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) all the words after "powers" and
substituting "under this Act";

   (b)  by omitting subsections (2) and (3).
