OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 84, 1993 - SECT 11

11. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (1) ", being a decision referred to in
        paragraph (a), (b), (c), (d), (da), (db), (dc), (dd), (de), (df), (e)
        or (f) of the definition of 'reviewable decision' in subsection
        3(1),";

   (b)  by omitting subsection (5A).
