OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 84, 1993 - SECT 10

10. Section 15DA of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Liability to levy

"15DA. A trustee who lodges a return under section 36 of the Superannuation
Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 is liable to pay a levy on that lodgment.".
