OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS ACT 1987 No. 97, 1987 - SECT 21

21. (1) The Commissioner shall, within 3 months after each year ending on 30
June, prepare and give to the Minister a report on the working, during the
year, of this Act.

(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of a report given under subsection (1) to
be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that
House after the day on which the Minister receives the report.
