OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS ACT 1987 No. 97, 1987 - SECT 11

11. (1) In this section, "authorised person" means a person authorised by the
Commissioner, in writing, for the purposes of this section.

(2) The Commissioner may from time to time, by notice in writing to the
trustees of a superannuation fund or an approved deposit fund, require the
trustees to produce, or cause to be produced, to the Commissioner or an
authorised person, at such reasonable time and reasonable place as are
specified in the notice, any documents of the fund.

(3) Where a document produced to the Commissioner or an authorised person
under subsection (2) is not in writing in the English language, the
Commissioner or an authorised person may require the trustees of the fund to
produce, or cause to be produced, to the Commissioner or an authorised person,
a version of the document that is in writing in the English language.

(4) The trustees of a fund shall, within a reasonable time, comply with any
requirement made by the Commissioner or an authorised person under subsection
(3) in relation to the fund.

(5) The Commissioner or an authorised person may inspect, take extracts from
and make copies of any document, or of any version of any document, produced
to the Commissioner or an authorised person under this section.
