OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS ACT 1987 No. 97, 1987 - SECT 10

10. (1) The trustees of a superannuation fund or an approved deposit fund
established after the commencement of this Act shall, within the prescribed
period after establishment, give to the Commissioner the prescribed
information.

(2) The Commissioner may from time to time, by notice in writing to the
trustees of a superannuation fund or an approved deposit fund, require the
trustees to provide such information or report in relation to such year of
income as is specified in the notice.
