OVERSEAS STUDENTS (REFUNDS) ACT 1990 No. 128, 1990 - SECT 11

Regulations 
11. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying
out or giving effect to this Act.
