OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 No. 28, 1994 - SECT 429

Criminal laws not applied 
429.(1) Section 428 does not apply to laws that are criminal laws within the
meaning of the Crimes at Sea Act 1979.

(2) Subsection (1) does not detract from the operation of the Crimes at Sea
Act 1979.
