OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 No. 28, 1994 - SECT 37

37.(1) This Act applies to all individuals, including:

   (a)  individuals who are not Australian citizens; and

   (b)  individuals who are not resident in Australia or an
        external territory.

(2) This Act applies to all corporations, including:

   (a)  corporations that are not incorporated in Australia; and

   (b)  corporations that do not carry on business in Australia or an external
        territory.
