OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 No. 28, 1994 - SECT 369
Power to examine on oath or affirmation
369.(1) If a person appears before the Designated Authority or a nominated
inspector, the Designated Authority or the inspector may administer an oath or
affirmation to the person.
(2) The oath or affirmation to be administered is an oath or affirmation that
the person will truthfully answer the questions put by the Designated
Authority or the inspector.
