OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 No. 28, 1994 - SECT 319

319.(1) The applicant must pay the application fee prescribed by the
regulations.

(2) The fee must be paid when the application is made.

(3) The Joint Authority may refund any fee paid under subsection (1) but only
if it is satisfied that special circumstances exist that justify the refund of
the fee.
