OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 No. 28, 1994 - SECT 269
Joint Authority may cancel or not renew works licence without compensation
269. No compensation is payable because of the cancellation or non-renewal of
a works licence by the Joint Authority. Note 1: The Joint Authority may cancel
the licence under section 313. Note 2: The Joint Authority may refuse under
section 294 or 295 to renew the licence.
