OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 No. 28, 1994 - SECT 119
No conditions requiring payment of money
119. Except for a condition requiring the payment of a penalty or lodgment of
security, a licence condition must not require the payment of money to:
(a) the Designated Authority; or
(b) the Joint Authority; or
(c) the Commonwealth.
