OILSEEDS LEVY COLLECTION AND RESEARCH ACT 1977 No. 113, 1977 - SECT 29

29. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Act to be
prescribed or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or
giving effect to this Act or for facilitating the collection or recovery of
amounts of levy or penalty and, in particular-

   (a)  providing for the manner of payment of levy;

   (b)  requiring the keeping of records in respect of leviable oilseeds by
        purchasers and receivers of leviable oilseeds, by growers of leviable
        oilseeds who process or export leviable oilseeds and by such other
        persons as are prescribed;

   (c)  requiring purchasers and receivers of leviable oilseeds, growers of
        leviable oilseeds who process or export leviable oilseeds and such
        other persons as are prescribed to furnish returns for the purposes of
        this Act; and

   (d)  prescribing penalties not exceeding a fine of $200 for offences
        against the regulations.
