OILSEEDS LEVY COLLECTION AND RESEARCH ACT 1977 No. 113, 1977 - SECT 19
Termination of office of member or deputy member
19. (1) The Minister may terminate the appointment of a member or deputy
member by reason of the misbehaviour, incompetence or the physical or mental
incapacity of the member or deputy member.
(2) The Minister may, at the request of the organization or organizations that
a member represents, terminate the appointment of that person as a member.
