OILSEEDS LEVY AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 121, 1994 - SECT 3

3. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(2)(b) "for domestic purposes or on the producer's farm" and substituting "for
domestic purposes but not for commercial purposes".
