OTC (CONVERSION INTO PUBLIC COMPANY) ACT 1988 No. 129, 1988 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subsection 8 (1) commences on a day to be fixed by Proclamation for the
purposes of this subsection.

(3) Subsections 7 (2) and 8 (2) and sections 9, 11 to 22 (inclusive) and 25
commence on a day to be fixed by Proclamation for the purposes of this
subsection.

(4) Subsection 8 (3) commences immediately after the commencement of section
11.
