OLYMPIC INSIGNIA PROTECTION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 44, 1994 - SECT 14
Certain marks not to be registered under the Trade Marks Act 1955
14. Section 19 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(b) the following paragraph:
"(ba) where an artistic work of an olympic torch and flame is prescribed under
this Act-the artistic work;".
