OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (MARITIME INDUSTRY) ACT 1993 No. 10, 1994 - SECT 99

99. (1) If the person in command receives an improvement notice under
subsection 98(1), the person must:

   (a)  give a copy of the notice to the health and safety representative (if
        any) for each designated work group of the employees performing work
        that is affected by the notice; and

   (b)  cause a copy of the notice to be displayed in a prominent place at or
        near each workplace at which that work is being performed.

(2) If the notice relates to any workplace, plant, substance or thing, that is
owned by a person other than the operator, the inspector must give a copy of
the notice to that person.
