OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (MARITIME INDUSTRY) ACT 1993 No. 10, 1994 - SECT 49
Power of health and safety representatives to investigate complaints
49. A health and safety representative for a designated work group may
investigate complaints made by any of the employees in the group to the
representative about the health and safety of any of the employees at work.
