OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (MARITIME INDUSTRY) ACT 1993 No. 10, 1994 - SECT 10
Directions by Minister
10. (1) The Minister may, in writing, give directions to the Authority
concerning the performance of its functions, and the exercise of its powers,
under this Act.
(2) The Authority must comply with the directions.
