OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYMENT) ACT 1991 No. 30, 1991 - SECT 63
Allowances to witnesses
63. A person served with a summons under section 56 is entitled to be paid by
the Commonwealth such allowances for travelling and other expenses as are
prescribed.
