OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYMENT) ACT 1991 No. 30, 1991 - SECT 57

57. A person served with a summons under section 56 must not, without
reasonable excuse:

   (a)  fail to attend as required by the summons; or

   (b)  fail to appear and report from day to day unless excused, or released
        from further attendance, by a member of the Commission.
Penalty: $3,000 or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
