OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYMENT) ACT 1991 No. 30, 1991 - SECT 56

56. A member of the Commission may, by instrument in writing, summon a person
to appear before the Commission at a time and place specified in the summons
to give evidence and produce such documents (if any) as are referred to in the
summons.
