OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYMENT) ACT 1991 No. 30, 1991 - SECT 13

Application of Act to external Territories etc.

13. (1) This Act extends to all the external Territories.

(2) This Act (other than Parts 3 and 4) has extra-territorial operation
according to its terms.
