Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, specify a law, or a provision of a law, of the Commonwealth for the purposes of this section. The specified law or provision has no effect to the extent that it would, apart from this section, regulate, hinder or prevent the doing of an act in relation to:
(a) land covered by a lease granted under section 31; or
(b) land in which a Commonwealth interest exists; or
(c) land resumed or forfeited in accordance with Division 2 of this Part (other than land referred to in paragraph (1)(b)).
(2) Subsection (1) applies in relation to land referred to in paragraph (1)(c) only within the period of 5 years beginning on the day on which this section commences.
