NORTHERN TERRITORY GRANT (ELECTRICITY) ACT 1989 No. 49, 1989 - SECT 8

8. (1) The Treasurer may, by a signed document, delegate all or any of the
Treasurer's powers under section 4.

(2) A power may only be delegated to a person occupying, or performing the
duties of, an office in the Department of the Treasury.

(3) In the exercise of a delegated power, a delegate is subject to the
Treasurer's directions.
