NORTHERN TERRITORY (SELF-GOVERNMENT) AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 130, 1982 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Section 11 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 22 June 1978.
