Power of Tribunal if parties reach agreement
71. If:
(a) at the end of the period specified in the notice under section 66, the
parties advise the Tribunal that they have reached agreement as to the
terms of a determination of the Tribunal in relation to the
application; and
(b) the terms of the agreement, in writing signed by or on behalf of the
parties, are given to the Tribunal; and
(c) the Tribunal is satisfied that a determination in, or consistent with,
those terms would be within the powers of the Tribunal and would be
appropriate in the circumstances; the Tribunal must make a
determination in accordance with, or consistent with, those terms.
