Racial Discrimination Act Operation of RDA not affected

7.(1) Nothing in this Act affects the operation of the Racial Discrimination
Act 1975. Validation provisions not affected

(2) Subsection (1) does not affect the validation of past acts by or in
accordance with this Act.
