NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 No. 110, 1993 - SECT 50

50.(1) A determination of the compensation may only be made in accordance with
this section. Applications to Registrar

(2) An application may be made to the Registrar under Part 3 for a
determination of the compensation. Jurisdiction to hear appeals, to review
etc. not affected

(3) Nothing in this Division affects:

   (a)  any jurisdiction of a court, person or body to hear appeals against,
        to review or otherwise to affect, a determination of compensation made
        in accordance with this Division; or

   (b)  the jurisdiction of the High Court.
