NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 No. 110, 1993 - SECT 35

35. Any negotiation party may apply to the arbitral body for a determination
in relation to the act if there is no such agreement within:

   (a)  if the act is the grant of a licence to prospect or explore for things
        that may be mined-the period of 4 months starting when the notice
        under section 29 is given; or

   (b)  in any other case-the period of 6 months starting when the notice is
        given.
