NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 No. 110, 1993 - SECT 30

30. Each of the following is also a "native title party":

   (a)  any person who, within the period of 2 months starting when the notice
        is given, becomes a registered native title claimant in relation to
        any of the land or waters that will be affected by the act;

   (b)  any body corporate that, within that period of 2 months, becomes a
        registered native title body corporate in relation to any of the land
        or waters that will be affected by the act.
