NORTHERN TERRITORY (SELF-GOVERNMENT) ACT 1978 No. 58, 1978 - SECT 29

29. (1) The Legislative Assembly shall cause minutes of its proceedings to be
kept.

(2) A copy of any minutes so kept shall, on request made by any person, be
made available for inspection by him or, on payment of such fee as is fixed by
or under enactment, be supplied to him.
