NORTHERN TERRITORY (SELF-GOVERNMENT) ACT 1978 No. 58, 1978 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1, 2 and 70 shall come into operation on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on 1 July
1978.
