Appeals against court orders under section 31
(1)
The prosecutor, the defendant or, if the Attorney-General is an intervener under section 30, the Attorney-General may appeal against any order of the court made under section 31.

(2)
The court that has jurisdiction to hear and determine appeals from the judgment on the trial in the proceeding has jurisdiction to hear and determine any appeal under this section.
