NATIONAL ROAD TRANSPORT COMMISSION ACT 1991 No. 8, 1992 - SECT 9

9.(1) The Commission is to provide to the Ministerial Council such reports
relating to the performance or exercise of the Commission's functions or
powers as the Ministerial Council directs.

(2) The Ministerial Council may direct the Commission to provide advice about
any matter related to the functions or powers of the Commission or of the
Ministerial Council.

(3) A direction under subsection (1) or (2) is to be given by resolution of
the Ministerial Council carried in accordance with the Agreement.
