NATIONAL ROAD TRANSPORT COMMISSION ACT 1991 No. 8, 1992 - SECT 4

4.(1) A National Road Transport Commission is established.

(2) The Commission:

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

   (b)  is to have a common seal; and

   (c)  may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and

   (d)  may sue and be sued.

(3) The common seal of the Commission is to be kept in such custody as the
Commission directs, and is not to be used except as authorised by the
Commission.

(4) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially must:

   (a)  take judicial notice of the imprint of the common seal of the
        Commission appearing on a document; and

   (b)  presume the imprint was duly made.
