NATIONAL ROAD TRANSPORT COMMISSION ACT 1991 No. 8, 1992 - SECT 19
Terms and conditions not provided for by Act
19. A member holds office on such terms and conditions (if any) in relation to
matters not provided for by this Act as are determined, from time to time, by
the Ministerial Council by resolution carried in accordance with the
Agreement.
