NATIONAL RAILWAY NETWORK (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) ACT 1979 No. 57, 1979 - SECT 11
Deduction of amount repayable by State
11. The Minister for Finance may deduct any amount repayable by a State in
accordance with the condition set out in paragraph 10 (b) from an amount of
financial assistance payable by the Commonwealth to the State under this Act.
