NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 1975 No. 12, 1975 - SECT 9

Restriction on disposal, &c., of land in parks and reserves.

9. (1) Notwithstanding any law of Australia or of a State or Territory, but
subject to sub-section (2), no right, title or interest held by the Director
in respect of land within a park or reserve shall be sold, leased or otherwise
disposed of.

(2) Where the plan of management relating to a park or reserve so provides,
the Director may grant leases of, or licences in respect of, land in that park
or reserve in accordance with the plan of management.
