NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 1975 No. 12, 1975 - SECT 69

69. (1) The Governor-General may make regulations for and in relation to
giving effect to an agreement specified in the Schedule.

(2) Regulations made under sub-section (1) in relation to an agreement that
has not entered into force for Australia shall not come into operation on a
date earlier than the date on which the agreement enters into force for
Australia.

(3) Sub-sections 71 (5), (7) and (8) apply in relation to regulations made
under this section in like manner as they apply in relation to regulations
made under section 71.
