NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 1975 No. 12, 1975 - SECT 59
Appointment to Public Service.
59. Where a person elects, in pursuance of a notice given under section 58, to
be appointed to the Public Service, the Public Service Board may
(notwithstanding anything contained in the Public Service Act, except in
paragraphs 34 (a) and (c) of that Act) appoint him accordingly.
