NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 1975 No. 12, 1975 - SECT 36

36. (1) The Government of Australia may make arrangements with the Government
of a State for the performance of functions and the exercise of powers under
this Act by officers or employees of that State or of an authority of that
State.

(2) The Director may make arrangements with the Permanent Head of a Department
of the Australian Public Service, or with an authority of Australia, for the
performance of functions and the exercise of powers under this Act by officers
or employees of the Department or of the authority, as the case may be.
