NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 1975
No. 12 of 1975

An Act to make provision for and in relation to the Establishment of National
Parks and other Parks and Reserves and the Protection and Conservation of
Wildlife.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 
1975 .*
