NAVIGATION (PROTECTION OF THE SEA) AMENDMENT ACT 1981 No. 36, 1981 - SECT 8

8. Section 425 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(5B) the following sub-section:



"(5C) Where a provision of an order made in pursuance of the regulations is
inconsistent with a provision of this Act or the regulations, the latter shall
prevail and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be of no
force or effect.".
