NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMISSION ACT 1985 No. 35, 1985 - SECT 9
Powers of Commission
9. (1) Subject to this Act, the Commission has power to do all things
necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance
of its functions.
(2) Without limiting the generality of sub-section (1), the powers of the
Commission referred to in that sub-section include power to charge for its
services such fees as the Commission determines.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, any money or other
property held by the Commission upon trust or accepted by the Commission
subject to a condition shall not be dealt with except in accordance with the
obligations of the Commission as trustee of the trust or as the person who has
accepted the money or other property subject to the condition, as the case may
be.
