NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMISSION ACT 1985 No. 35, 1985 - SECT 59

59. Money held by the Commission otherwise than upon trust shall be applied
only -

   (a)  in payment or discharge of the costs, expenses and other obligations
incurred by the Commission in the performance of its functions or the
exercise of its powers under this Act or any other law;

   (b)  in payment of any remuneration and allowances payable to any person
under this Act or any other law; and

   (c)  in making any other payments which the Commission is authorized or
required to make under this Act or any other law.
