NUCLEAR NON-PROLIFERATION (SAFEGUARDS) ACT 1987 No. 8, 1987 - SECT 9

9. This Part applies to all nuclear material other than-

   (a)  nuclear material in respect of which a declaration under sub-section
        11 (1) is in force;

   (b)  nuclear material in respect of which a declaration under sub-section
        11 (3) is in force; and

   (c)  nuclear material that, in accordance with the regulations, is nuclear
        material of a kind to which this Part does not apply.
