NUCLEAR NON-PROLIFERATION (SAFEGUARDS) ACT 1987 No. 8, 1987 - SECT 49
Disclosure of interests
49. The Director shall give written notice to the Minister of all direct or
indirect pecuniary interests that the Director has or acquires in any business
whether in Australia or elsewhere or in any body corporate carrying on in such
business.
